Having used a different expander in the past, I have to adjust my habits a bit, overall I'm happy with it and think things will only get better.
I was a bit discouraged at first but it's just a learning curve. I felt the same with The Platform and its expander.
They do have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you aren't happy and there is a great users forum you might want to check out.
I give it a thumbs up! ======================================= SAZ replied: I bought it and am I glad I did! The first couple of weeks was a learning curve, but after that I could not work without it. ======================================= mercyme replied: Thank you both for your replys. I just received it yesterday and we'll see how it goes! ======================================= edited to remove company references.

I still don't have it, but it's my very next purchase; it comes before any more word books or anything else, even before AAMT membership or retaking the CMT.
Here's the link to the Instant Text forum which has loads of useful articles:
textware.com/board/itmainforum/index.html
and here's a link to the web page describing the features of the newest version:

I've found the IT people to be exceptionally helpful when one emails them.
