I've only had Instant Text a few weeks but I converted my Platform expansions to IT myself. It was fairly easy, took just a few minutes, and I had over 7000 expansions in The Platform. I exported the user.aco file from The Platform via email to another computer with Word and used that to modify the format. Then, I emailed it back to my company computer and used the formulas key in IT to turn all The Platform expansions into IT phrases. It worked perfectly and even the "red headers" converted with no problem. For the moment I'm continuing to use both concurrently but am adding very little new to The Platform now and tons of new stuff to IT. I haven't dealt with the IT support people but I can't say enough good about the program, it's terrific.
